About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Help design, develop, install, test and document applications software, including server, client and web components
Participate in the design, documentation and delivery of technical architecture solution components
Build connections between application architects and developers to ensure design requirement accuracy and deliver client ROI
Help define and develop project requirements, functional specifications and application solution designs using proper development methodologies and industry standards
Develop technical documentation and test plans
Support integration and deployment
Collaborate with software developers to advance Gainwell and client objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 or more years of experience working with programming languages, operating systems, hardware and software
Web service development knowledge preferred
3 or more years of experience working with basic software design, development and implementation methodologies
Basic data analysis and software testing skills
Ability to create requirements and test modifications and enhancements
Strong, effective written and oral communication skills with clients and more senior leaders
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues and leaders in a remote environment
Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required
Video cameras must be used during all interviews and during the initial week of orientation
