About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support Gainwell as it helps clients deliver better health and human services outcomes
Design, develop, install, test and document applications software, including server, client and web components
Design, document and deliver technical architecture solution elements
Coordinate between application architects and developers to ensure design requirements are accurate and deliver the desired ROI for clients
Define and develop project requirements, functional specifications and detailed application solution designs for clients
Develop technical documentation and test plans to support integration and deployment
Work closely with software developers to advance key goals and objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 or more years of applications development and batch programming
C language
SQL skills
Oracle database
Experience with Linux/Unix environments
Testing tools and unit test scripting
Testing methodologies
Experience in Healthcare and Medicare systems and general understanding of HIPAA and PHI is preferred
Video cameras must be used during all interviews and during the initial week of orientation
