About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze claims processing trends and productivity results
Make recommendations to improve business processes and support clients’ technological aspirations
Produce daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports supporting Claims Operations
Provide actionable recommendations to leadership based on data findings
Bridge clients, project managers, and technical personnel to define, track, and communicate business requirements and expected impact
Build basic conceptual data and process models
Participate in technical reviews and inspections to ensure the intent of change is carried out through every project phase

Requirements

What you’ll need

Three or more years of experience in business analysis, reporting, data analytics, healthcare operations, or claims processing
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and formulas
Experience creating operational dashboards and management reports
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities
Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
Must be located within California
Video cameras must be used during all interviews and the initial week of orientation
