Analyze data and help create innovative technologies and solutions for healthcare and human services outcomes
Analyze, clean, and model data for business decisions and reporting
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations
Use coding and automation to improve data processes and operational efficiency
Support tax coding and data classification activities
Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions with business and technical teams
Use Power BI, GitHub, Copilot Studio, SQL, and Python to analyze and manage data
Validate solutions through testing and quality assurance
Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
Experience working with large data sets for reporting, analytics, and business decision-making
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and actionable insights
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to collaborate across business and technical teams
Attention to detail and commitment to data quality and accuracy
Preferred: Python and SQL experience
Preferred: Advanced Power BI data models, DAX calculations, and interactive dashboards
Familiarity with SDLC methodologies and agile environments
Experience with health and human services, government programs, or highly regulated industries
Fully remote options limited to continental US locations
Video cameras required during interviews and the initial week of orientation
