About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Code, test, debug, implement, and document programs
Assist in modifying company products and customer/internal systems to meet client and end-user needs
Gather system information, analyze program and time requirements, and prepare documentation for program changes
Research and analyze existing systems and program requirements under periodic supervision
Write specifications for low- to moderate-complexity programs
Assist in resolving production support problems and suggest alternative solutions
Develop test plans to verify logic of new or modified programs and identify issues
Create program code and technical documentation
Conduct quality assurance activities such as peer reviews
Research industry technical trends and new developments to maintain current skills and industry standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of Application Development experience with C#, .NET Framework, Oracle database, SQL, HTML, and JavaScript
3+ years of experience across all phases of the SDLC, including Web Application Development and Production Support
Proficiency in C# programming including performance optimization and debugging
General understanding of Medicaid, HIPAA, and PHI (preferable)
Good communication skills to work effectively with team members and support personnel
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required
Video cameras must be used during all interviews and during the initial week of orientation
