Requirements
What you’ll need- 9+ years of experience as a Reference SME
- Strong expertise in Medicaid Reference Configuration
- Strong Oracle, C, and Pro*C expertise
- Proficiency in C Programming
- Proficiency in Pro*C
- Proficiency in Oracle SQL
- Proficiency in PL/SQL
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux Shell Scripting
- Proficiency in Batch Processing
- Deep BPA configuration knowledge
- Provider Contract and Benefit Plan maintenance experience
- Rule Metadata and Rule Sheet management experience
- Configuration governance and release management expertise
- Strong troubleshooting and production support capability
- Ability to manage Benefit Plans, Assignment Plans, Provider Contracts, Reference Tables, Rule Metadata, and BPA configuration components used in claims adjudication
- Deep understanding of Medicaid reference data structures and their impact on claims, provider enrollment, reimbursement, audits, and policy administration
