Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to define key business metrics and gather requirements for scalable insights
Architect data pipelines and design and build dashboards for stakeholders
Maintain and improve existing data infrastructure and dashboards based on evolving business requirements
Publish and maintain clear documentation and gather user feedback
Identify ways to streamline and improve data efficiency
Implement infrastructure changes, optimize SQL queries, and improve data workflow landing times
Work with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and gaps and align on solutions
Lead projects end to end and provide thought partnership to the team
Ensure analytics deliverables align with contractual obligations, service-level expectations, and business outcomes
Partner with leadership on data-driven improvements, risks, issues, solution-based initiatives, and transformational projects
Advise leadership using data trends and performance metrics
Support operational and strategic decision-making by communicating complex data concepts to technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements

What you’ll need

2-5 years of Data Analytics experience
Experience in Python and/or other data scripting languages
Experience utilizing a business intelligence visualization tool (Cognos, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
Experience querying, analyzing, and working with data languages and platforms to investigate large and diverse data sets
Ability to learn and apply newly emerging data analytic toolkits
Analytical strength and curiosity to understand and explain questions and observations in data
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve unique problems with creative and efficient solutions
Willingness to work from 8AM-5PM AKST
Video cameras must be used during all interviews and the initial week of orientation
