About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead complex Healthcare system and network testing across integration, systems testing, interoperability testing, field testing, and customer acceptance
Analyze network systems development to maintain system credibility and viability
Investigate and resolve significant operational matters with engineering and technical support
Design, develop, implement, and maintain test processes and diagnostic programs
Complete specifications and procedures for new products
Write test plans for all levels of testing
Maintain test progress records, document test results, prepare reports, and present results
Work with clients to determine system requirements
Write proposals recommending processes or programs and follow through on implementation
Participate in developing, maintaining, and refining internal quality control and reliability programs
Provide leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel

Requirements

What you’ll need

9 or more years of Network Healthcare Testing experience
Experience in Claims, Provider and Enrollment Domains
Pharmacy experience
Experience handling complex E2E projects
Hands-on Automation Engineer experience, preferably with Selenium
Experience with Test Management tools
Client Management
Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required
Video cameras must be used during all interviews and the initial week of orientation
