About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the design and standardization of provider-facing processes across Medicaid programs, including enrollment, outreach, and site visits
- Define business and technical requirements for provider systems, workflows, and compliance
- Develop reporting frameworks, dashboards, and KPI structures
- Partner with product and engineering teams to align systems and data capture with business and reporting needs
- Drive provider experience improvements that reduce friction and improve access to services
- Support implementation efforts and alignment with enterprise standards and data requirements
- Identify and scale best practices across accounts
- Support governance, executive reporting, roadmap planning, and strategic initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in Medicaid operations or technical service delivery
- Strong understanding of provider services, including enrollment, screening, outreach, publications/communications, and support
- Experience leading business process improvement, system implementation, or operational transformation initiatives across operations, product, and technology teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Fully remote position within the US
