About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, install, test, and document applications software, including server, client, and web components
Design, document, and deliver technical architecture solution elements
Coordinate between application architects and developers to ensure design requirements are accurate and deliver the desired ROI for clients
Define and develop project requirements, functional specifications, and detailed application solution designs
Develop technical documentation and test plans to support integration and deployment
Work closely with software developers to advance key goals and objectives
Develop and maintain ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter, Oracle, and SQL
Troubleshoot production issues and support Medicaid systems involving member, eligibility, provider, and claims data
Perform root cause analysis and production incident resolution
Provide production and on-call support

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience working with Informatica PowerCenter, ETL Development, and Production Support
3+ years of experience working with Oracle, SQL, and SQL*Plus Development, Tuning, and Troubleshooting
3+ years of experience working with Medicaid Data Knowledge (Member, Eligibility, Provider, Claims)
3+ years of experience working with Root Cause Analysis and Production Incident Resolution
On-call support experience in a Production Environment
Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required
Video cameras must be used during all interviews and during the initial week of orientation
