Key responsibilities & impact

Lead organizational change management activities supporting complex healthcare, technology, and business transformation initiatives
Partner with business and technical leaders to assess change impacts and develop stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption strategies
Facilitate change readiness assessments, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to identify risks, barriers, and opportunities
Analyze business processes and organizational impacts, providing recommendations that support successful transformation outcomes
Measure and monitor change adoption through readiness assessments, feedback, and performance metrics
Mentor teams on change management best practices and develop mitigation strategies to drive sustainable organizational change

Requirements

What you’ll need

9+ years of Business Analysis, Organizational Change Management, Consulting, or Transformation experience
Proven experience leading organizational change initiatives for technology implementations, process improvements, and business transformation programs
Experience writing OCM plans
Strong knowledge of change management frameworks (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or similar)
Expertise in stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, and change readiness activities
Excellent facilitation, presentation, and executive communication skills
Ability to translate complex technical and business information into actionable insights
Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and lead cross-functional teams
Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required
Video cameras must be used during all interviews and the initial week of orientation
