About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Document existing CX processes using flowcharts, process maps, and written descriptions
- Conduct gap analyses to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
- Write and maintain SOPs and DLPs for CX functional areas
- Review and update documentation to reflect process changes and requirements
- Implement version-control procedures
- Conduct periodic reviews and validations of process documentation
- Gather stakeholder feedback and refine documentation
- Develop documentation standards, templates, tools, and resources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts
- Track and report documentation project progress
- Manage work planning, milestone tracking, risk identification, stakeholder coordination, and issue escalation
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to teams, stakeholders, and management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Business, Communication, or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience in technical/process writing, SOP/DLP development, and/or operational documentation
- Knowledge management skills
- Confidence leading Teams meetings and gathering process information
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Working knowledge of process mapping techniques
- Ability to use Visio or similar applications
- Analytical mindset for breaking down and recording processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Industry knowledge of Medicaid operations is preferred
- Experience translating complex workflows into standardized documentation is preferred
- Lean Six Sigma methodologies or Green Belt Certification is a plus
- Experience managing projects with multiple workstreams and project management tools is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in personal computer and business software applications
