About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the strategy and development of innovative healthcare technology solutions
Translate client, market, regulatory, and business needs into scalable products
Improve provider operations, data quality, program integrity, and user experience
Develop architectural roadmaps based on business scenarios
Capture key views of the business using a structured business architecture approach
Collaborate with business and project team members to assess current capabilities and identify high-level requirements
Assist with project and program design direction to meet client and company objectives
Participate in governance evaluating, tracking, and reporting alignment to business architecture strategy
Monitor business analysis processes and methodology
Identify process inefficiencies and lead workflow improvements
Enable cross-functional teams through guidance and direction in business solution architecture
Mentor team members in developing business analysis deliverables
Evaluate existing processes and recommend and implement improvements
Solve complex business issues through technology-based business solutions, processes, and capabilities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Five or more years of experience in product management, product ownership, business architecture, healthcare technology, or a related field
Experience developing greenfield products and managing product strategy, roadmaps, backlogs, and cross-functional delivery
Knowledge of healthcare or Medicaid provider operations, regulatory requirements, and complex client business processes
Experience with data management, data architecture, system integrations, APIs, portals, and UI/UX development
Strong leadership, communication, presentation, collaboration, and organizational skills
Experience working with senior leaders and technical teams
Video cameras must be used during all interviews and during the initial week of orientation
Must be located within US locations only
