About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Communicate with clients, company leadership, and project team leadership
  • Measure and share project metrics and status
  • Build and manage client relationships, with support from the Program Director
  • Collaborate with HMS contract operations and implementations to ensure successful service delivery
  • Lead the creation and/or review of client deliverables
  • Track and communicate deliverable resolution
  • Develop, create, and own client-facing operational reporting and program management tracking tools
  • Monitor operational and financial performance
  • Oversee and manage contracts, specific products/services, or special projects
  • Project-manage across non-direct reports and recommend program changes
  • Escalate risks and implement risk mitigation solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Five (5) or more years of Medicare/Medicaid experience
  • Five (5) or more years of healthcare provider work experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work with sensitive / protected health information
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Excel and other reporting/analytics tools
  • Ability to develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
  • Strong analytical skills for identifying trends, risks, opportunities, and root causes through data analysis
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Ability to use data-driven analysis to recommend process improvements and resource allocation strategies
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Must be based in the United States
  • Availability generally from 8AM - 5PM Central Standard Time with some flexibility
  • Video cameras must be used during all interviews and the initial week of orientation
