About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee readiness assessments, demonstrations, cutover, and increased customer service for legacy systems transitioning into Gainwell solutions
Partner with third parties, internal teams, and account SMEs to ensure proper transitions in Medicaid systems
Ensure systems are understood, documented, and prepared for transition
Facilitate Operational Readiness Demonstrations with clients to showcase business results
Maintain Operational Readiness Assessments across vendors and internal teams
Lead project teams in achieving project and program objectives
Maintain positive client relationships
Develop, update, and maintain ORR schedules, operational readiness plans, demonstration plans, reports, and checklists
Organize, direct, and motivate project team members regarding deadlines, scope, assignments, and objectives
Communicate project progress to workstream leadership, including monitoring risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and constraints

Requirements

What you’ll need

Five or more years of experience in project and/or program management or equivalent leadership experience
Hands-on experience managing and successfully delivering multiple projects and/or programs of varying size and complexity
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to communicate project status, progress, and challenges to multiple-level stakeholders
Ability to adapt to changes in priority and resolve emerging issues
Experience managing projects within a Client/Vendor structure
PMP certification preferred
Must use video cameras during interviews and the initial week of orientation
