Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, review, edit, and publish provider-facing communications, including newsletters, bulletins, alerts, policy updates, educational materials, and other provider resources
Translate complex healthcare policies, regulatory requirements, and operational changes into clear, concise, and actionable communications for healthcare providers
Collaborate with business partners, subject matter experts, compliance teams, provider relations teams, and client stakeholders
Manage publication schedules, communication calendars, content development, reviews, and approval workflows across multiple projects and deadlines
Support provider outreach and education initiatives through written communications, presentations, webinars, training materials, and other educational content
Serve as a lead resource for provider publications and communication initiatives supporting Medicaid and healthcare programs
Manage multiple publication cycles, communication initiatives, and high-visibility deliverables
Directly influence provider experience, communication effectiveness, and stakeholder satisfaction

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience developing professional communications, publications, educational materials, or related content
Experience preferably within Medicaid, Medicare, provider relations, managed care, or healthcare operations
Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Experience translating complex healthcare, regulatory, policy, or operational information into clear and actionable communications
Experience developing provider-facing publications, communication campaigns, educational materials, or similar professional content
Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, healthcare policy, provider services, managed care, or healthcare administration
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines
