Key responsibilities & impact

Support provider enrollment into the State of Nevada Medicaid Program
Review and process Medicaid provider enrollment and revalidation applications according to Nevada Medicaid enrollment guidelines and state and federal requirements
Use multiple websites to screen applications and determine whether state requirements are met
Perform and document outreach to providers through phone calls and emails
Ensure providers include all necessary and accurate documentation to complete enrollment
Work directly with the client as needed to review and obtain necessary approvals on applications and updates

What you’ll need

Minimum of two years working experience in a customer service role
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work with minimum supervision and resolve problems/issues promptly and effectively
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Candidates must be available to work during Pacific Time Zone business hours
