Key responsibilities & impact

Design, configure, and optimize SAP Ariba workflows
Manage sourcing, contract management, supplier management, and procurement operations
Manage parallel project implementations and production support activities
Resolve incidents and service requests while prioritizing work and adhering to SLA and ITSM processes
Configure procurement processes, supplier onboarding, and catalog management in SAP
Customize SAP modules for specific business requirements
Integrate SAP Ariba with SAP modules and third-party systems
Perform data migration using relevant tools and techniques
Create procurement reports, custom reports, and dashboards
Plan, execute, and monitor SAP projects using ASAP and Activate methodologies
Lead project teams and manage stakeholder expectations
Identify business challenges, drive process improvements, and implement innovative solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Comprehensive understanding of procurement processes within SAP Ariba
Ability to design, configure, and optimize Ariba workflows
Expertise in sourcing, contract management, supplier management, and procurement operations
Experience with Ariba Network and integration with ERP systems
Proven experience managing parallel project implementations and production support activities
Experience with SAP configuration, procurement processes, supplier onboarding, and catalog management
Ability to customize SAP modules to meet business requirements
Experience with SAP enhancement techniques such as user exits, BAdIs, and custom reports
Expertise integrating SAP Ariba with SAP modules and third-party systems
Experience with LSMW and BDC data migration tools and techniques
Proficiency creating and managing procurement reports using SAP BW and SAP Analytics Cloud
Ability to develop custom reports and dashboards
Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring
Experience with ASAP and Activate methodologies
Ability to lead project teams and manage stakeholder expectations
Familiarity with SAP GUI and Fiori applications
Familiarity with SAP HANA and S/4HANA environments
Basic understanding of ABAP and CIG programming
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Information Technology, or Engineering with relevant SAP experience
SAP certifications in S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement or SAP Ariba are highly preferred
