Key responsibilities & impact

Lead planning, execution, and refinement of quality strategies for the Medicaid Drug Rebate solution
Ensure compliance with standards
Guide junior team members
Serve as liaison for internal teams and client stakeholders
Perform configuration, development, testing, and implementation of the drug rebate solution for state clients
Support the drug rebate solution in maintenance and operations
Provide drug rebate solution and business process expertise to internal and external stakeholders
Maintain solution standards across implementations and maintenance and operations
Collaborate with Pharmacy enterprise stakeholder groups, including Point of Sale, Claims, Encounter, Finance, data integration and conversion, reporting and interface, IT and infrastructure, leadership, and operations teams
Develop technical documentation and participate in and oversee test-plan development, integration, and deployment
Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation, including quality metrics
Evaluate work products and report quality findings
Gather, use, and analyze defect metrics data
Present analysis findings to management verbally and through periodic written reports
Participate in special projects, external audits, and process improvements supporting quality assurance initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Four or more years of experience with Medicaid Drug Rebate systems
Three or more years of applying quality assurance principles and practices to Medicaid Drug Rebate business processes
Proficient with MS Office
Analytical and problem-solving skills for design, creation, testing and defect resolution
Experience querying in RDBMS databases such as SQL Server and Oracle and understanding data models is a plus
Fully remote options from Contiguous US locations only
Video cameras must be used during all interviews and during the initial week of orientation
Stable internet connection and a quiet location for screenings, interviews and meetings
Video required for screenings and interviews
