Requirements

What you’ll need

  • ITIL preferred
  • Experience working in complex, enterprise-level technology environments
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into operational improvements
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Remote-based within the United States
