About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to new and existing call center agents and other departments such as field services teams
Facilitate virtual training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
Adapt training delivery to various learning styles and needs
Design visually engaging and interactive training materials and presentations using modern adult learning principles
Collaborate with the LKI training team, subject matter experts, and account leaders
Provide post-training support and resources to learners and call center leadership
Assess training outcomes through surveys, feedback, and performance metrics

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years of experience as a trainer or facilitator
Passion for training and desire to facilitate in a virtual classroom environment
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
Experience with adult learning principles and learner engagement techniques
Some experience with curriculum development, presentation, and instructional design
Ability to work EST
