About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Code, test, debug, implement, and document moderately complex programs
Analyze, design, and write specifications and requirements for program development
Evaluate existing systems and programs
Assist the project manager in assigning tasks and work closely with a team
Liaise with clients and management to provide technical consulting on complex programming projects
Validate program requirements and resolve issues
Develop test plans and participate in QA activities, including coding reviews
Participate as a member of a development team
Lead a small sub-team of developers as needed
Design system components and delegate responsibilities to team members

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience in applications development, UI development, and programming using .NET, C#, and Oracle
4+ years of applications development and support experience with all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle
Prior interChange MMIS experience is highly valued
Experience with C#
Experience with .NET
Experience with Oracle
Experience with SQL / PLSQL
Experience with HTML
Experience with JavaScript
Experience with jQuery
Experience with Web Service Development
Remote within the US; occasional travel may be required
Availability primarily during Wisconsin Account core business hours, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Central Time
Video cameras must be used during interviews and the initial week of orientation
