About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide best-in-class care for Galileo patients managing complex and chronic illnesses through Galileo’s proprietary app and technology and clinical judgment.
Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients from age 0-100, including patients with diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and mental health needs.
Deliver high-quality, comprehensive, evidence-based primary care through asynchronous text-based chat and synchronous video.
Work collaboratively with a diverse clinical care team and leverage team members’ expertise.
Use data, technology, and operational rigor to optimize patient outcomes and provide personalized care and shared decision-making.
Solve patient problems efficiently and resourcefully.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Have 5+ years of advanced clinical experience in complex care, chronic care management, or primary care.
Are experienced in or have an appetite for learning digital-first healthcare (e.g. virtual medicine).
Are interested in new, innovative models of care that balance evidence-based approaches with creative ideas.
Are highly comfortable with using technology and various applications to deliver care to patients virtually.
Experience with proprietary clinician-patient platform, Google Suite, and Slack.
Board certified as a Nurse Practitioner.
Have an active NP license in MA.
Proficiency with written and spoken medical Spanish is a nice to have.
