About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute advertising programs, sponsorships, strategic initiatives, and custom advertiser opportunities across direct media, sponsorships and partnerships, and programmatic advertising
- Build operating structures to scale sponsorship and partnership programs across GameChanger’s sports, products, and audiences
- Convert commercial opportunities into clear plans, owners, timelines, and deliverables
- Develop advertising packages, sales narratives, pitch materials, presentations, and case studies with the Director of Advertising, Sales, and DICK’S Media Network
- Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to bring advertising products and monetization opportunities to market
- Manage advertising operations through Google Ad Manager and related tools, including inventory planning, campaign workflows, pacing, optimization, and performance reporting
- Use campaign and business data to evaluate performance, improve advertising operations, and identify opportunities for measurable revenue growth
- Report to the Director of Advertising
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5 or more years of experience in digital advertising, ideally within a publisher, media company, advertising technology platform, or advertising-supported consumer business
- Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager
- Understanding of direct media, programmatic advertising, inventory management, campaign delivery, and reporting
- Experience building or scaling advertising programs, operating processes, or revenue-generating initiatives
- High proficiency in Excel
- Experience using campaign and business data to diagnose problems, track performance, and recommend action
- Experience leading complex projects across commercial, product, technology, and analytics teams from an underdefined starting point through execution and measurable results
- Comfortable working across advertising operations, project management, product go-to-market, and business-building work
- Must be based in the United States; candidates based in AK, DE, HI, IA, LA, MS, MT, OK, and SC cannot be hired
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years of age or older
