About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate on maintaining and extending existing processes and implementing new processes
- Translate business requirements into technical plans or roadmaps
- Implement technical plans and contribute to change management
- Administer Atlassian products, mainly Confluence and Jira
- Fix bugs in complex workflows
- Clean up unnecessary fields, workflows, and spaces
- Maintain no-code or low-code automations in the tools stack
- Support the Knowledge Base cleanup strategy by archiving outdated pages
- Ensure the Company Information Hub remains structured across Confluence, Google Workspace, and related tools
- Assist with rollout of the AI strategy
- Update resources in the knowledge pool
- Maintain usage policy frameworks and AI playgrounds
- Scout new tools and services
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to maintain compliant and efficient digital processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Successfully completed university degree in business informatics, digital business management, business administration and engineering, applied computer science, or similar
- 2+ years of professional working experience as an IT Process Associate and Tooling Specialist
- Expert knowledge of Atlassian products, mainly Confluence and Jira
- Excellent understanding of configuring and structuring spaces, workflows, screens, permissions, and related Atlassian components
- High proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, MS365, and chatbot systems such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude
- Technical experience with query languages, API tokens, permissions, coding logic such as if-then-else, and technical documentation
- Advanced structured thinking and focus on automation
- Fluent English is mandatory
- Diplomatic assertiveness with busy stakeholders
- Practical knowledge translating vague or ambiguous requests into actionable tickets
- Ability to explain complex processes clearly and engagingly
- Knowledge of German is welcome
