About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead AI adoption programs for Gapps’ enterprise customers
- Coach staff, teams, leadership, managers, and AI champions through change in Google Workspace and Gemini environments
- Design and lead hands-on AI trainings, labs, and workshops for mixed skill levels and use cases
- Assess customer AI skills and create realistic adoption roadmaps
- Address human friction, organizational bottlenecks, hesitation, and fear
- Track adoption metrics including usage patterns, active users, champion activity, and qualitative feedback
- Coordinate schedules, deliverables, and expectations with customer stakeholders and Gapps’ delivery team
- Tailor and improve Gapps’ AI Adoption framework for each customer
- Document best practices in shared playbooks
- Flag risks early and maintain customer credibility
- Lead trainings, coaching sessions, leadership sessions, and customer projects across multiple accounts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong facilitation and coaching skills
- Credibility with business leadership and comfort sparring with executive teams
- Experience beyond a first or second job
- Hands-on experience with cloud workplace tools, ideally Google Workspace and Gemini
- Experience with large rollouts and understanding what happens after go-live
- Practical, grounded approach to AI and ability to distinguish business value from marketing hype
- Change leadership and proactive ownership
- Excellent Finnish and good-to-excellent English
- Good to have: Google Cloud experience, Google certifications, and experience measuring adoption or building training programs
