About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage a strategic portfolio of IT projects across Corporate Functions, Logistics, Accounting, and SAP.
Lead digital transformation and business process enhancement initiatives, from ideation through implementation and stabilization.
Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk and dependency management, and executive communications.
Serve as the primary integration point among business units, technical teams, architecture, security, operations, and external partners.
Ensure portfolio governance by monitoring KPIs, executive milestones, budget, benefits, and overall project health.
Support strategic decisions related to demand prioritization, evolution roadmaps, and technology investments.
Manage technology vendors and partners, monitoring contracts, deliverables, quality, and performance.
Prepare executive materials for leadership teams and decision-making forums, communicating status, risks, impacts, and recommendations.
Promote agile and project management practices to drive operational efficiency and execution excellence.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience managing medium- and large-scale IT projects.
Experience with projects involving SAP ECC, enterprise integrations, or ERP ecosystems.
Experience working with business areas such as Finance, Accounting, Logistics, Tax, or Operations.
Knowledge of vendor, contract, and budget management.
Experience leading initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and a highly complex organizational environment.
Strong executive communication and conflict management skills.
Knowledge of SAP BTP and SAP modernization strategies.
Experience with agile methodologies, including SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications.
Experience with enterprise transformation programs and systems integration.
Knowledge of Logistics, Accounting, and Compliance processes.
