About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work within IT Governance, ensuring the monitoring and quality of Incident, Request, and Problem Management processes
- Analyze KPIs, volumes, SLAs, and operational performance
- Prepare management reports and materials for service providers and managers
- Communicate with and train teams, managers, and clients via email and meetings
- Analyze Incidents, Requests, and Problems related to the activities
- Update and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPIs
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
- Support audits, controls, and IT Governance activities
- Consolidate operational information for committees and review meetings
- Ensure adherence to processes and ITIL-based best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Experience in IT Governance
- Knowledge of Incident, Request, and Problem Management
- Experience preparing presentations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Power BI
- Basic Power BI proficiency
- Intermediate Excel proficiency
