About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the identification and development of opportunities to monetize assets by rethinking the business model
- Prepare moderately complex financial analyses, projections, and valuations
- Develop executive presentations for senior leadership, supporting strategic recommendations
- Support the evaluation and negotiation of alliance, new business, and asset monetization opportunities that can generate value for the Company
- Assess the strategic and financial viability of opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking for problem-solving
- Strong communication skills to interact with various internal teams and external advisors
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented
- Ability to build Excel models (business plans/valuations)
- Experience preparing qualitative and quantitative assessments, with a focus on evaluating and valuing opportunities and measuring risks
- Experience with technical and financial projects involving investment decisions and multiple business variables (Marketing, Technology, Regulatory, Finance)
- Experience creating executive presentations in PowerPoint
- Experience in corporate strategy, strategic consulting, or M&A is a plus
