About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Liaise with Order Management, Finance, Planning, Logistics, and Warehouse to support dealer orders, shipments, and delivery scheduling.
Manage pricing requests and special offers according to established procedures.
Process and validate dealer credit programs, including pricing- and sales-related credits and supporting documentation.
Support automatic supply processes for key accounts.
Prepare sales reports and analyses for monthly and annual business reviews.
Create and maintain new account documentation and manage DocuSign workflows.
Prepare transport documentation for deliveries within Romania.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Administration, or a related field.
Previous relevant experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
Previous relevant experience within the IT industry.
Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficiency in English.
Experience in Sales Administration, Sales Support, Order Management, or similar operational roles would be a plus.
Experience supporting pricing, credits, invoicing, or dealer management processes would be a plus.
Knowledge of logistics, transportation, or supply chain processes would be a plus.
Experience working with cross-functional international teams would be a plus.
