Design and implement AI models that improve customer experience and replace high OpEx workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing platforms and services.
Conduct experiments to validate model performance and iterate on designs based on testing results.
Stay current with advancements in AI and machine learning technologies, continuously improving AI systems.
Document methodologies, experiments, and outcomes for knowledge sharing and transparency within the team.

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or related fields.
Proficient in programming languages such as Python.
Experience working with large language models such as GPT, Claude, Kimi, or Mistral.
Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks and libraries.
Experience with AI model deployment, building custom AI agents, and optimization techniques.
Experience with vector databases and knowledge graphs.
Experience with prompt engineering.
Experience communicating regularly with clients.
Eligible to work in Greece.
Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI solutions. (nice to have)
Experience with maritime companies. (nice to have)
