Analyze complex customer environments and derive specific technical requirements
Develop solution architectures for automation, observability, and network monitoring
Make technology decisions
Conduct technical workshops, presentations, and demonstrations
Take responsibility for successful proofs of concept
Install, configure, and integrate enterprise software solutions into customer systems
Independently analyze root causes and troubleshoot complex technical issues
Collaborate with vendors, customers, and internal consultants
Build and further develop demo, test, and lab environments
Learn about new technologies and products and apply this knowledge in practice

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong technical knowledge of IT environments and the ability to quickly understand complex interrelationships
Experience with large-scale or complex enterprise IT environments
Enjoyment of troubleshooting and technical root-cause analysis
Independent and structured approach to work
Clear communication with technical stakeholders and customers
Good command of German and English
Foundational technical knowledge, ideally across several of the following areas: Linux/Windows Server, TCP/IP, routing, DNS, firewalls, proxies, REST APIs/system integration, PowerShell, Bash, Python, virtualization/containers, databases, monitoring/observability/IT automation
Experience with Broadcom Automic Automation, AppNeta, or DX NetOps
Knowledge of enterprise automation or workload automation solutions
Experience with network monitoring or application performance monitoring
Knowledge of Kubernetes, cloud technologies, and VMware/VMware Cloud Foundation
Experience with Kafka or other event-streaming technologies
Experience with hybrid IT environments
Ability to independently familiarize yourself with unfamiliar topics and solve problems through in-depth understanding
