About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute Clear to Launch transportation processes and standard work for timely outbound shipments
  • Provide Friday-Monday operational coverage across transportation operations
  • Receive and prioritize handoffs and create structured execution plans
  • Manage high-volume outbound transportation activity, escalations, and exceptions
  • Identify delivery risks and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and transportation providers
  • Support U.S. domestic and international outbound transportation activity
  • Act as a transportation escalation point to protect customer commitments and shipment performance
  • Develop solutions for urgent, expedited, or non-standard shipping requirements
  • Support compliant and efficient international outbound execution with customs and transportation teams
  • Coordinate with global MRO facilities, fulfilment teams, and distribution centers
  • Partner with the Clear to Build team on inbound and outbound priorities, handoffs, and escalation management
  • Use supplier performance metrics, operational data, and transportation visibility tools to identify execution gaps
  • Support continuous improvement and strengthen outbound operating rhythms
  • Use AI, analytics, digital tools, and automation to improve decision-making, visibility, data quality, cost performance, and process discipline
  • Support transportation supplier performance improvement, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
  • Champion regulatory, company policy, procedural, and EHS compliance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum 4 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or material flow
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or material flow, including hands-on responsibility for transportation planning and operational execution across international and domestic shipment flows
  • Experience managing transportation suppliers across complex regional networks
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple issues concurrently, and make sound decisions in a high-pressure environment
  • Ability to absorb handoffs, interpret operational needs, and structure work for effective daily execution
  • Strong analytical and process-development capability
  • Experience using data, metrics, and digital tools to manage performance and identify gaps
  • Working knowledge of customs processes and documentation relevant to international transportation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other digital tools used to support logistics operations
  • Ability to thrive in a high-intensity, high-volume, rapid-response environment
  • Customer-focused and action-oriented, balancing urgency, compliance, service, and cost
  • Strong problem-solving capability, including identifying themes, escalating risks, and supporting corrective actions
  • Excellent organizational skills and discipline in managing competing priorities
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
