Senior Director – Program & Operations Leader, ITC

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Translate ITC strategy and regulatory requirements into enterprise priorities and execution plans
- Lead development, implementation, and governance of ITC policies, programs, standards, and operating requirements
- Define and manage the ITC operating model, including escalation paths, management routines, and decision-making processes
- Establish metrics, dashboards, and management systems to assess program effectiveness and monitor execution
- Lead and integrate ITC enablement capabilities, including network effectiveness, training and communications, digital tools, and risk management
- Drive standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement of ITC processes across the enterprise
- Sponsor cross-functional initiatives to improve ITC program efficiency, scalability, and maturity
- Build partnerships across Legal, Digital Technology, HR, Communications, Audit, and business stakeholders
- Lead a team of trade compliance experts
- Report to the Executive Leader, International Trade Compliance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with minimum of 10 years of professional experience, OR associate degree with minimum of 12 years of professional experience, OR high school diploma with minimum of 14 years of professional experience
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in international trade compliance, regulatory compliance, legal, risk, operations, or a related discipline in a complex global organization
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to meet U.S. Person status requirements for access to U.S. export-controlled information: U.S. lawful permanent resident, U.S. Citizen, asylee, or refugee
- Strong understanding of U.S. and international trade compliance requirements and the regulatory environment applicable to the aerospace and defense industry
- Experience leading enterprise-wide policy, governance, operating model, or compliance transformation initiatives
- Strong judgment in a highly regulated environment
- Ability to lead through influence across organizational boundaries in a matrixed organization
- Strong executive communication, change leadership, and stakeholder management skills
