About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define supplier strategy, including management and optimization of supplier panels
  • Lead negotiations and allocate needs to specific suppliers
  • Negotiate terms and conditions and transmit information to Procurement

  • Perform purchasing activities where applicable
  • Lead and manage medium to large teams, including direct and second-line reports

  • Present business solutions to functional leaders
  • Communicate complex messages and negotiate internally and with external partners, vendors, or customers

  • Evaluate information quality and question conflicting data for analysis

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Significant experience in Sourcing Management at high level and exposure
  • Master's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze and resolve problems
  • Ability to lead programs/projects
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
  • Established project management skills
  • Proficiency in English is essential
  • Experience in the Aerospace sector is desirable
