Key responsibilities & impact

Install, deploy, administer, and operate the GENESYS solution across one or more sites
Ensure the proper operation of information systems and infrastructure
Guarantee resource availability, resolve incidents, and keep systems operational
Install and implement new application, technical, or infrastructure components
Diagnose and resolve incidents within the assigned scope
Contribute to system enhancements and operational maintenance activities
Recommend improvements to optimize existing resources and their organization
Manage information system resources and verify their availability

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Proven experience administering and operating Genesys platforms
Strong background in production environments and mission-critical operations
Ability to work independently on complex incidents
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
Proficiency with the GENESYS platform
Unix and shell scripting
Windows and PowerShell
DevOps — junior level
Technical English is a plus
