About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supporting customers with the implementation, configuration, and ongoing development of d.velop document management solutions
- Analyzing administrative and document processes and developing suitable digital workflows together with customers
- Configuring document types, properties, permissions, filing structures, workflows, and other system components
- Analyzing technical issues using logs, database contents, and system messages
- Working with relational databases for data analysis, troubleshooting, and implementing customized requirements
- Developing customized enhancements using JavaScript, Groovy, or comparable technologies
- Configuring interfaces to third-party systems
- Supporting testing, quality assurance, and the rollout of new features and processes
- Documenting configurations, processes, and project results
- Training users and providing customers with functional and technical consulting
- Supporting solutions from the initial requirements through ongoing operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- A degree or vocational training in computer science, business informatics, public administration informatics, or a comparable technical qualification as a solid foundation
- Strong technical understanding
- Ability to develop an in-depth understanding of complex software applications
- Structured requirements analysis and the ability to identify relationships between processes, software, data, and infrastructure
- Practical knowledge of relational databases and the ability to work independently with SQL
- Experience with JavaScript, Groovy, or comparable technologies
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server systems, Windows Services, and log files
- Ability to independently analyze technical problems
- Ability to gather customer requirements and explain technical matters clearly and understandably
- Analytical, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Very good German language skills
- Initial knowledge of document management or enterprise content management systems—ideally d.velop documents—is an advantage
- Knowledge of digital records and administrative processes, as well as workflow configuration, is an advantage
- Knowledge of REST APIs, interfaces, authentication, and permission concepts is an advantage
- Knowledge of data migration and the operation and monitoring of complex business applications is an advantage
- Willingness to acquire d.velop-specific knowledge during onboarding
