  • Develop and implement IT strategy with department, product line, or system leadership
  • Convey IT strategy to staff and ensure its implementation

  • Foster team-based staff organization and interaction
  • Formulate staff development plans

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • Minimum of 12 years of Information Technology experience (Required)
  • Minimum of 2 years of managerial/supervisory experience (Required)
  • Demonstrated leadership experience supporting enterprise applications and database platforms within healthcare or other regulated industries
  • Proven ability to ensure high availability, scalability, performance, security, and regulatory compliance across on-premises and SaaS environments
  • Experience leading technical teams, managing operational risk, and delivering reliable technology services supporting critical business functions
  • Skills in critical thinking, interpersonal communication, IT project planning and organization, leadership, organizing, and problem management
  • Ability to comply with organization policies and procedures
