Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Medicare 5-star methodology experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
  • SQL
  • Tableau
  • Knowledge of data structures, programming, and statistics
  • Knowledge of relevant source systems, databases, and data marts
  • Experience independently managing multiple projects
  • Ability to develop, validate, and execute complex queries
  • Statistical analysis and data visualization skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentations to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to clearly describe data-analysis results
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to mentor junior analysts
  • Knowledge of request intake/fulfillment, change management, and data governance practices
