About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support development of performance and business plans for partner health systems to develop and optimize existing home infusion pharmacy services
- Support Senior Consultant with interview facilitation, preparation of minutes, agenda development, and tracking open items
- Support development of presentation deliverables across senior members of the Geisinger Pharmacy Team
- Support project management, data and analytics, and deliverables to meet client needs
- Support development of final deliverables, including financial modeling and executive-level presentations
- Work is typically performed in an office environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- Master's Degree (Preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of related work experience (Required)
- Skills in communication, critical thinking, healthcare industry, and organizing
- Ability to travel nationwide up to 15% as required
- Ability to work days in the United States of America
