About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, implement, and monitor the Enterprise Pharmacy growth and improvement program
- Lead initiatives supporting health system operational and clinical departments in meeting strategic objectives and regulatory requirements
- Conduct due diligence on pharmacy-related digital health applications for potential funding, collaboration, and integration
- Identify operational and financial improvement opportunities and drive associated initiatives
- Conduct health economics and outcomes research on novel treatments, technology, and interventions
- Lead workforce and geographic expansion design, planning, and implementation
- Manage internal stakeholders and external partners/clients
- Lead technology selection, strategy, and implementation activities
- Provide administrative oversight of quality and process improvement initiatives
- Lead project teams and develop effective implementation work plans
- Develop Carepaths based on published and generated scientific evidence
- Analyze operational and financial performance of medication Carepaths
- Publish findings on novel treatments, technology, interventions, and medication Carepaths in peer-reviewed journals
- Coordinate external health system business development and payer network development
- Develop economic models to assess novel pharmaceutical treatments and technology
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study (Required)
- Master's Degree (Preferred)
- Minimum of 4 years of related work experience (Required)
- Skills in analytical thinking, critical thinking, and problem management
- Ability to design, implement, and monitor Enterprise Pharmacy growth and improvement programs
- Ability to conduct health economics and outcomes research
