About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide the right business solution through direct contact with clients.
  • Plan and execute business analysis covering marketing strategy, organizational structure, and processes.
  • Design and implement organizational models and ways of working that incorporate AI.
  • Collect client business information through interviews, surveys, workshops, reports, and process observation.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and GenAI use cases.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify weaknesses and their causes.
  • Map and classify use cases by business function, expected impact, benefit, ROI, and implementation complexity.
  • Formulate recommendations and solutions using a structured problem-solving approach.
  • Support clients in prioritizing solutions into a roadmap with concise reports and clear deliverables.
  • Organize and manage tasks related to business projects and adoption programs.
  • Conduct meetings effectively and create clear, impactful presentations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Fluency in Italian and English is required.
  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in economics, Management, or Engineering.
  • At least 2-5 years of experience, gained in leading management consulting firms or modernly structured companies.
  • Daily use of GenAI assistants — primarily Claude and Microsoft Copilot — with working knowledge of the broader tool landscape (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, NotebookLM, no-code automation tools).
  • Experience as a PMO in complex contexts.
  • Experience in the delivery of process improvement & change & adoption programs.
  • Aptitude for creative problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills (oral and documentations).
  • Experience facilitating training sessions or workshops with business users is nice to have.
