Key responsibilities & impact

Collect, clean, and analyze operational and business data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Support AI-related projects including predictive analytics, automation, workflow enhancement, and data modeling
Participate in ERP system optimization, including process mapping, data validation, and documentation updates
Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making across teams
Research new technologies, tools, and methodologies related to data analytics and operational efficiency
Partner with cross-functional groups to support ongoing initiatives
Document processes, system enhancements, requirements, and best practices
Support ad-hoc projects that improve operational performance, accuracy, and data accessibility

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be currently enrolled in related Business courses or be within 6 months of graduation
No prior experience needed
Must be enrolled in a degree-seeking program
Pursuing a degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
Ability to work as part of a team
Oral and written communication skills
Attentiveness
Ability to understand and follow directions
Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time
Ability to work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential
No or very little travel likely
