About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead accessory launch readiness activities for assigned vehicle programs from pre-release through launch and ready-for-sale milestones
  • Facilitate launch readiness reviews, monitor program health, identify risks, and drive issue resolution
  • Partner with Engineering, Marketing, Purchasing, Supplier Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, and Distribution teams
  • Drive dealer and Limited Production Option readiness activities and ensure products are available through dealer ordering systems
  • Participate in Accessory Product Execution Team meetings and program governance forums
  • Develop and maintain launch readiness metrics, dashboards, timelines, and reporting materials
  • Present readiness status, risks, mitigation plans, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
  • Coordinate launch communications and product information with Accessory Distributor Installer partners
  • Use launch and product management systems to monitor part readiness and track deliverables
  • Support initial order quantity planning and product availability discussions
  • Partner with Marketing to ensure launch assets, product content, and imagery are available

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects, product launches, or business initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Ability to manage schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution
  • Strong project management, organizational, and execution skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes without direct authority
  • Experience preparing and delivering presentations to leadership audiences
  • Proficiency with Google Workplace and project tracking or reporting systems
