About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the strategy, execution, and lifecycle management of Curated by Cadillac and assigned Cadillac nameplates
- Lead product definition and execution for approved programs and markets
- Develop and execute product strategies with Product, Marketing, Design, Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing, Concierge, Order Fulfilment, and other teams
- Present and advocate for product strategies to leadership and cross-functional teams
- Support product development, implementation, launch activities, and program execution
- Author and execute product change requests and maintain program content documentation
- Ensure accurate configuration, pricing, and ordering system updates, including VCPS
- Develop product execution processes with Artisan Vehicle Engineering, Purchasing, and supplier partners
- Develop pricing strategies, including MSRP recommendations and communication plans
- Represent Curated programs in product marketing, pricing, launch, and go-to-market forums
- Support manufacturing, assembly plants, and pre-production operations with build plans and launch activities
- Serve as subject matter expert for assigned programs and nameplates
- Review and approve websites, configurators, order guides, media content, retailer assets, and communications
- Monitor competitive offerings and market research to identify product strategy opportunities
- Develop program tools, dashboards, and client management processes for the Curated ownership experience
- Develop sell-down and transition strategies while supporting next-generation launches and lifecycle planning
- Support enterprise initiatives to expand Curated-inspired offerings across GM brands, vehicle segments, and global markets
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years relevant work experience including product-related roles in Marketing, Product Planning/Program Management and/or Engineering
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Effective negotiation and influencing skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of vehicle products, competitors, and the automotive industry
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks effectively and efficiently
- Functional and technical skills and knowledge of engineering/supply chain release processes
- Intellectual curiosity and commitment to continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently and drive improvement
- Ability to foster collaboration, develop teams, and drive innovative ideas to execution
- Engineering degree preferred
- MBA preferred
- 7+ years relevant work experience preferred
- Vehicle launch experience and luxury product experience preferred
- Strong PC/MS Office skills preferred
- Familiarity with GM global vehicle development, pricing, and marketing launch processes preferred
- Familiarity with GM product and marketing systems and databases preferred
- Must not require GM immigration sponsorship now or in the future
- Must be able to report to the GM Global Technical Center at least three times per week
