About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support senior executive staff and/or VP within Software and Services
- Organize business operations, including staff meetings and special assignments
- Drive efficient and effective operating processes
- Develop and maintain multi-year business strategy
- Manage portfolio and business planning processes
- Summarize project business cases, including deliverables, benefits, and timing
- Assess execution of business initiatives against the business plan
- Analyze and report key operating metrics
- Handle special assignments
- Develop and conduct presentations for all levels of management
- Identify and implement business-management process improvements
- Run cross-functional projects, solve problems, and anticipate next steps
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of project management, strategy, or related business experience
- Expertise with Microsoft Tools
- Demonstrated experience communicating with senior executive stakeholders
- Hands-on technical or industry experience within technology, software development, or a related field
- Strong management, communication, creativity, problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical skills
- Experience developing senior-level communication packages
- Experience working autonomously with limited direction
- Understanding of corporate matrixed management structures and cross-functional teams
- Experience managing professionals, staff members, and consultants and advising/influencing senior-level corporate executives
- Must not require GM immigration sponsorship now or in the future
- Must be able to travel less than 25%
