About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Program Investment Management desk within Global Capital Management
  • Lead monthly forecast reviews with management, MIMs, ME Chiefs, and program teams
  • Reconcile program forecasts to scorecard expectations and identify variances, risks, trends, and actions
  • Improve forecast accuracy through assumption reviews, historical analysis, forecast-to-actual evaluation, and corrective actions
  • Maintain visibility into forecasts, funding requirements, and checkbook activity across CAPEX and OPS
  • Coordinate and execute approved funding movements and support funding-release execution with Global Business Services
  • Partner with manufacturing, engineering, program teams, finance leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Own continuous improvement of AI-augmented PIM and manufacturing investment reporting
  • Develop standardized reporting and use AI, automation, and advanced analytics to identify anomalies and trends
  • Validate AI-generated insights using source data, forecast versions, assumptions, and business context
  • Build drill-down reporting views from management results to program, account, or driver level
  • Track recurring forecast issues and recommend process, data, or system improvements
  • Partner with Future of Finance teams on OneStream, Finance360, planning, reporting, data, and AI capabilities
  • Translate stakeholder needs into business requirements, reporting enhancements, data-quality priorities, and user stories
  • Participate in design reviews, testing, user acceptance, implementation, and adoption activities
  • Mentor less-experienced analysts and lead cross-functional improvement initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field
  • 5+ years of related experience in finance
  • Proven experience in financial modeling, investment analysis, and valuation techniques
  • Strong data mining and data modeling skills using relevant software and tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain attention to detail
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn manufacturing operations
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
