About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work across different strategic areas at GM, such as Product Engineering and Manufacturing, Manufacturing Operations, Environmental Affairs, Commercial, Purchasing, Communications and Public Relations, and Finance
- Participate in monthly training sessions and talks focused on soft and hard skills
- Develop your skills through the GM Learning, Degreed, and Chevrolet University platforms
- Receive career mentoring throughout the internship
- Participate in the selection process stages: digital video interview, group activity, in-person interview with leadership, and documentation/contract process with your university
Requirements
What you’ll need- Students in the penultimate or final year of bachelor’s degree or technology degree programs
- Expected graduation between December 2028 and July 2029
- Active enrollment in an undergraduate program
- Expected graduation in December 2028 or December 2029
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (required for most areas)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Power BI is a plus
- Availability to work 6 hours per day as an intern
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with different departments and organizational levels
- Updated résumé at the time of application
