About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with business leaders to identify capability needs and transform them into impactful learning solutions
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of learning programs, from needs assessment and design to implementation, measurement, and continuous improvement
- Adapt global learning strategies and content to South American business needs
- Manage corporate and emerging talent development programs, including internship, early career, and professional growth initiatives
- Collaborate with global teams, HR partners, business leaders, and external vendors to deliver scalable and engaging learning experiences
- Leverage data, insights, and feedback to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
- Influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives that strengthen organizational capabilities and accelerate talent development
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Solid experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, HR, or program management
- Proven track record leading learning initiatives and managing programs with multiple stakeholders
- Strong ability to influence and collaborate across teams and leadership levels
- Professional fluency in English and Portuguese
- Strategic mindset with strong project management skills
- Passion for learning, talent development, and continuous improvement
- Ability to turn business needs into impactful learning experiences
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven approach focused on results and continuous improvement
- Must not require GM immigration sponsorship now or in the future
- Ability to work onsite at the designated location at least 3 times a week
