Project and Program Management Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, develop, and analyze information supporting program leadership decisions regarding products and business
- Exercise independent judgment and creativity to solve unique execution and business opportunities
- Document program decisions regarding product content and strategies
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures for Global Program Management and Product Execution Teams
- Coordinate Program Execution Team agenda, facilitate meetings, and document decisions
- Lead the Change Request/Decision Notice process, including screening team meetings
- Assist with business cases for program content changes
- Prepare presentations, including gate reviews for senior leadership
- Manage Product Program Content, Model Option Rate, and Program Notebook
- Coordinate content with Vehicle Description System and Model Options Planning
- Monitor program readiness with the Vehicle Planning Coordinator
- Advise functions supporting Product Execution Teams
- Ensure internal and external customer voices are understood by the Product Execution Team
- Handle non-recurring special assignments
- Support and back up Program Manager responsibilities
- Develop materials for events, milestones, and leadership reviews
- Define program strategy while balancing customer and other requirements
- Manage issues and uncertainties through decision framing and driving resolution
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in product and/or program management
- Experience coordinating cross-functional activities
- Ability to lead approval processes and follow up on critical decisions
- Strong communication skills with multicultural stakeholders
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to monitor industry trends and market developments
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership of program outcomes
- Ability to balance planned activities with emerging demands
- Availability to travel
- Advanced or fluent English proficiency
- Experience in the food and/or manufacturing industries is highly desirable
- Intermediate Spanish proficiency is nice to have

- Selected candidate must be able to report to the specific location at least 3 times a week
